Frank J. White is the president of Elite Brokerage Services, with offices in Warwick, RI and Avon, CT. A financial services professional for the past decade, Frank has built a solid reputation across the industry with customers, peers, and pundits alike.

A Connecticut native, Frank has attended Hofstra University, NY, and the University of Colorado. Frank holds his Life & Health licenses and is currently working toward obtaining his CLU. He is a member of NAIFA.
